Meet Bliss Beasley: Founder of Wander and Graze
Hi, I’m Bliss Beasley - the heart behind Wander and Graze! What started as a love for beautiful food and gathering with friends has grown into a mobile charcuterie experience designed to bring people together through flavor, creativity, and a little bit of fun.
With a passion for serving artisan meats, cheeses, and seasonal ingredients, I created Wander and Graze to make gourmet grazing effortless and enjoyable - wherever you are. Whether it’s a beach picnic, a backyard celebration, a cozy date night, or an elegant wedding, I believe every occasion deserves a delicious, artfully arranged board.
I’m also proud to offer our signature W.A.G. Menu, a dog-friendly option for your furry companions- because everyone deserves a treat!

Pricing based on menu choices and number of people attending event. House menu available, as well as custom menus.
Non-refundable service fee due at time of booking. Fee amount based on number of people per event. This fee secures your date, charcuterie choices, and cart transportation to and from event. Remaining balance due 10 days before event.
Pricing includes 12 charcuterie options, paper boats, napkins, cocktail forks, cart setup and breakdown, on-site staff for 2 hours.
Minimum service of 2 hours. $75 per additional hour. Maximum of 4 hours.
Mini bamboo charcuterie boards available at additional cost per person, which guests get to keep.
Specialty requested items available for additional cost.

How It Works:
A team member wears a beautifully styled tray and wanders through your party, serving up fresh, hand-piped mini cannoli right in front of your guests.
Each cannoli is filled on the spot with our signature sweet créme, then guests get to choose their favorite toppings — from crushed pistachios and mini chocolate chips to sprinkles and more!
It’s a mobile dessert experience that’s just as fun to watch as it is to eat — and guaranteed to be a hit at any celebration!

We’re excited to offer something extra special through Wander and Graze — a 1-hour immersive charcuterie class that’s part tasting, part hands-on fun, and all kinds of delicious.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn a bit of charcuterie history (and how it’s evolved into today’s grazing boards), taste and compare artisan meats and cheeses, learn how to pair flavors like a pro, build your own personal charcuterie board — and take home a custom Wander and Graze branded bamboo board!
This is a BYOB class.
